Roller conveyors

Strengths

Roller conveyors can be used for stable products with a flat underside, such as boxes, pallets, crates, trays and blister packs. We can supply both driven and free-running roller conveyors, including gravity conveyors. Where necessary we can also integrate a right-angle transducer with the roller conveyor. The orientation of products can be changed from LSL to SSL or vice versa.

Specifications:

Transit width: 300 to 1300 mm
Corners: 45 degrees, 90 degrees and other angles
Driven rollers: from diameter 30 mm
Free-running rollers: from diameter 20 mm

Options:

Driven rollers, free-running friction rollers or semi-friction rollers
Integrated right-angle transducer
Side guides stainless: steel round, stainless steel strip with plastic cladding, aluminium with plastic cladding, or other desired implementations
Support legs: basic, robust or hygienic
